No thanks for a $3 I can find few peoples who can WRITE them from nothing, you would need to find articles about these themes from internet and simply change them ( best way would be using google translating method) and that's all shouldn't take more then ~3-5minutes per article!

No real, talented writer will be able to write 700 words in just a few minutes. Good luck in finding a "real" writer that can. I doubt anybody can even type that fast.
