Adding a Drop Shadow to an Image

Is there a way of adding a drop shadow to an image in HTML code?
Let's say that my code is:
<td align="center" valign="center"><img src="album1.jpg" alt="Photo Album" width="300" height="300"></td>

Is there a way of modifying this code so the image has a drop shadow?

I use GIMP to modify the image and add drop shadows. It's free, just Google it. If you need help finding the drop shadows let me know and i'll fire it up and look for it.
