    I do not like the color scheme, I think that shade of blue is too bright,
    and I think the site would look better if you used a more professional
    template.

    IMO in fact color could be same as is if you change font color (categories, titles) to something darker. And "Page protected..." button is falling out of main content in FF3 :)

    The Blue colour i have to say is bright and i could not look at it for to long but it does require some more work to it,i would give it 6.5/10 if it was not so bright i would have gone slightly higher.Good luck.
