How to send money from an unverified paypal account?
I have 30usd at one unverfied account, but i get the following message when i try sending the money to someone.

The amount of this transaction exceeds your remaining sending limit and cannot be processed at this time.
You will need to add and confirm your bank account. Once your bank account has been added and confirmed, you can continue this payment. Add your bank account information below.

 

Have you made any transaction earlier than this transaction? Paypal accounts with country selected "India" as country have $100 sending limit but US paypal accounts have sending limits set to Zero. What was your initial sending limit? You can't send any money from your paypal account until your paypal account is verified.

 

My account is USA.
But i heard some hosting companies accept a payment from unverifield paypalers. How they do it

 

All unverified account has a limit of sending money. You have already crossed that limit so you can't send those 30$. You can check how much limit is remaining there.

Only way to send the money is to verify your PayPal.

 

Ok, this has been a hotly debated topic in many threads, so I though I'd make a thread just for it.

Well for me:

I CAN send money from my UNVERIFIED Paypal account. I have a bank account on it aswell, and it is stil UNVERIFIED. Also when I didn't have a bank acount on it I could still send money, with a limit of $750USD.

 

I have 37.95 usd and they say my limit is zero. What does it mean

I am very confused...Why not use ur back account to verify ur paypal?
Also It's USA account.There is no need to use CC to verify ur paypal.Just use debit card....Whether you are from USA?

 

I'm not in USA right now. That account was opened by me when i had a visit in USA 6 years. I thought it would easy get verify, but i mistaked. I forgot about that account for many years.

 

tell them the same story to paypal and they will change your membership

 

i dont think you can do much right now to verify your USA paypal account since you are not in USA anymore... so the options you have are either contant paypal directly and tell them everything... or verify your account of close your account..... but if you close your account then paypal will force you to donate the money since you cannot send money out from that account.... so paypal will have you make a donation to charity... or childrens fund etc.... so these are the 3 options i see.... but there maybe more peoples who have better suggestions.... like they will buy your paypal account for cheap price... it dont matter whether you are verified or not... they will buy your paypal and use fake info to verify your account and take the money out... but it will be like you will get 50% of the total money...

 

NEW PayPal accounts need to be verified with a CC or a bank account in order to send money.

Older PayPal accounts, that are still unverified, can still send money. I guess its just a new rule that PayPal made.

how will you receive the payment then if you lose your paypal?

 

Hello Mate here's the solution for your problem ,

* Refund The $40 you have to the person who sent it to you
* Make a new paypal account with your current country , For example if you are from India then you'll have $500 paypal sending limits which is better than $0 .
* Tell that person to send money to the new account .
