vBSEO: Your experience and opinion please

We are planning to buy a license of vB and vBSEO.
I wonder what your experiences and opinions are about vBSEO.
Is it worth the huge price?
Does it really works that great?
Is it essential?

My opinion shifts between option 2nd & 3rd .... just can't decide on it's price worth ... however definitely an imp. piece of software.

I would also like to know because I just built a new forum and I don't want to waste $150 on crappy seo.

 

I'd say it's overpriced!

I'd say use it for couple of months and in case you are not happy with it you can resell it for 120-130$
Its difficult to make up mind with polls and discussions as opinions varies.

 

vbseo is very good but there are problem with your host its will make hi load on server if you have visitor

 

so you say there would be a market for a lighter-weight vbulletin SEO addon?

 

Will the server get any problems just due vBSEO????

 

A site map generator will serve you a lot better then an seo url rewrite modification. Also, on big sites, I have heard that the url rewrite can have a performance impact. Ask yourself, how many "big" sites do you see running something like vbseo?

Focus more on getting quality back links, site map generator, quality promotion and your site will grow.

Those big sites have been out for years before a ton of compitition came in
