One way link is better because you don't have to transfer some of your "PR juice" to other page. Do reciprocal linking when there is no other way to get a one way link from a site you are interested (e.g. links from sites with high traffic or higher PR than yours)...this way you transfer some of your "PR juice" in exchange for traffic or more "PR juice" (from higher rank pages)
one way links are good, very good. Just make sure you using optimized anchor text with them to even make them more effective.
One way link is the best link! Directory submission is a great source of OWL. IMHO, reciprocal link is not a good strategy for your site, it won't help your site.
One-way linking is certainly good for your website and way better than reciprocal links.. essentially as everybody was saying one way links are generating links back to your website without having to link back to that website.. Two way or reciprocal links are not more reliable. so we can say in that case one way link is better for getting quality backlinks.
I completely agree. Noobs should only be allowed to post in that section for the first 3 months and can only read other sections. I would fall into this category too so I'm not being snobbish but it would just stop these awful posts and hopefully encourage reading and searching. Good grief!
