nice design, but first thing that is obvious: no "contact us", no "about us" pages
and these are kinda "must haves" now

Well as has been already stated, no real info as to who or what business or organisation runs your site. I mean, if your asking people to insert their loan details, albeit just the monetary sum and length of loan etc, then surely these people must have some sort of trust in your site. You don't supply any trust or cred on the page. To me, it just looks like it's a "list building" interface, although it looks inviting, there's no site contactable details, address, phone number, contact us etc, nor any other pages to suggest there's a real person or business running the site. Cheers.

Yes, you need an about us section -- the user will want to know they are giving their information to a reputable outfit.

It's a nice landing page, but I would definitely have an e-mail address where people can contact you, not everyone likes using a phone to contact you.

That's pretty much of a squeeze page. Just about all Internet users back out of them because there simply is not enough info on a squeeze page to sell them on.

Stay away from PPC unless you know what you are doing. Organic search traffic is what you need - build backlinks - in all the usual places

well i have to commend you on the fact that your design is very aesthetically pleasing, but your capture page looks like a pop-up, you may want to make it look slightly more professional and reserved. Take a look at http://www.halifax.co.uk which uses a blue background like yours, but somehow looks way more professional. People wouldn't trust you with their details with a page like that.
Also bring the form fields above the fold.
