Well, many of these do follows do not ever count any weight as Google already knows about them. So in most of these cases, you can check the links that Google counts in your webmaster tools and most of these don't and won't ever count. They probably still do on Yahoo and MSN, but remember Google has most of the traffic.

Maybe that is true that not all of these tips will count towards Google but I still think its important even if it will count towards Yahoo and MSN. Of course they don't have as much traffic as Google but they still have some decent traffic. I think maybe a little bit of time can be spent on other search engines and then most of the time is spent on Google search engine. You also need to remember the new search engine Cuil that may becoming more popular as well. It supposedly indexes more pages then Google.
