One person had sent me a check one of British banks, but I couldn't cash the check becuase stupid banks of my home city don't work with that British bank. My question; can the sender of the check to get back his money, if i return him his check?
Check amount only getting deducted from your senders bank account if you deposite that check in your bank account otherwise funds remain in senders bank account. DON.
Just ask your sender to cancel the cheque ... His money is secure until you deposit the cheque so you don't have to worry about it as its remain there in his bank account until you deposit it
Until your bank cashes the check, the senders money wont be debited and would still be in the bank. Most checks valid for 6 months and then expires! The payers money wont be touched until you deposit the check in your bank!
