Google Printing My Forum Topics ???

    When I use the "view who's online" on one of my forums I've noticed over the past week that "google is printing cetain topics"
    Anyone have ideas on this ? Perhaps someone working for google is sufring the net and interested in the topic? I'm baffled:confused:

    what is meant by "google is printing certain topics"

    Are you saying that someone from Google is browsing your site..?

    It's natural if they are interested in the topics that are useful to them..

    No they are just following the Print URL, just add Nofollow to it in your template. You should add it to Search, Register, Calendar type URL's while you are at it also.

    Yes, thats exactly what is happening..
    Use a robots.txt to prevent google to crawl any part of your site.

    Like "Abhik" said, use robots.txt file to stop google and other search engines from indexing the printable version of your site in order to prevent duplicate content issue that can cause because of printable and non printable version of same content.
