Yup, $17,000 - $18,000 really keeps out the riffraff.

They should have been in this forum for atleast 2 years and they should not have been banned once.._ no infractions.. (I think this is the criteria)

Nope, but seems the more mods we have the more the new ones have to pay as there's more people that the money has to be split with.

Darn. I thought my $15,450 bid would have done it - clearly not though.

No, the highest x bidders win. Last time it was the highest 2 - with the winning bids being what Roman mentioned.

Ok, I don't understand this, why do you have to pay to take the job ?

How does mod make money ?

Do they have the freedom to sell and promote products on the forum ?

Just for gk, I want to know why do they have to pay to become mod and how they make money.

I hope I will get a reply this time.

    Thanks

Thanks for your post. I am concerning that too.

I am not sure what 's the requirements to be a mod.
But we could refer to other forums. How to be a mod?
At least, spare time, passion, ability, spare position .
Are there spare position for the mods ? I am anxious to know.

Mods need good ability to handle whiners, losers, spammers and idiots. They should also be willing to make courageous decisions.

I also heard something about a secret initiation ritual held at midnight involving something about pledging allegiance to Shawn. Then 1001 HOT women [Or men, depending on the mod's choice] would dance naked for the mod's entertainment. One mod apparently died from this ritual, because one of the supposedly HOT women dancing naked was Nintendo in disguise.

I don't meet either one of those criteria! :(

Doesn't everyone have the freedom to sell and promote products in B/S/T?
