    You need to hire paid posters for that IMO. Also announce contests like referral contest,highest thread starter contest,highest posters contest etc.

    2.Buy Signature links in top forums related to your niche
    3.Get Traffic to your forum by other means
    4, Do SEO

    If you follow these steps your forum can grow a good deal

    A new member will join a forum only depending upon the no of threads,no of members and no of members active..
