    I think the first one is good. It is not negative comment but atleast the first one has less dashes.

    I would go with no. 1. You can make your website geo specific easily by adding CA in your website and meta tags.

    No...I would not expect anyone to type this in directly, those types of domains are already gone. I am just looking for the best domain for SEO. Also I notice that when you search for say Culver City Real Estate most of the domains that come up are realtor.com types. No local domains. I think the type of domain name that I am suggesting will be good for both SEO and for recognition that it is a local site and not a nationwide site that may or maynot have local listings.

    Also, I did have a concern about using the CA portion of the domain since you might get someone looking for a culver city in a different state, but I agree that having the CA part in the meta tags and in the content should keep this from being a problem.
