Need ideas on promoting affiliate programs through PPC advertising.

I have a few good paying affiliate programs which I want to promote through ppc advertising but I have a major problem.

Firstly, I don't have a credit card now, so adwords is out and for yahoo advertising, i tried signing up because they accept paypal payments but when I reach the point to pay, they needed a credit card also - not sure if it is needed to verify my paypal (unverified) or they need me to pay through credit card.

So is there any other options that I can try, ppc sites that accepts paypal and perform well?

Plus how do i promote my programs through it?
Make a landing page for each of them (similiar to the main site) and send the traffic to these landing pages or is there another way of doing this?

I dont know about your credit card problem but if you want to promote a product in affiliate marketing especially search advertising.
Better to build a landing page because google doesn't like re-directs.

 

Ok cool, I will build landing pages but how about promoting them with PPC that can be paid through paypal? Any suggestions?
