If you have small budget go for proxy If you have big budget go for image hosting. You can promote it using adword. Monetize it using ceoads
All three of those suggestions are very saturated niches, so it'll be hard to get them off. Proxies usually give back a little return. I have 11 proxies at the moment and don't make that much at all, but then I've hardly advertised. You see a lot of image hosting sites that have just one or two returning users. You need a decent advertising budget to get anywhere to be honest, especially with big sites such as Flikr, Photobucket and Imageshack....
No problem. Affiliate blogs are pretty good, and have the potential to make some pretty good money. Try to pick a high paying niche and maintaining the blog rather than making a few posts and neglecting the site: regular posts = sales.
