It's your hosting company Seedlayer.net that is causing the problem.

ask your host to confirm what the nameservers are

Do you have a sub-domain for your site. e.g. example.host.com

Your site is not even showing up because it is being redirected to seedlayers suspended page and his account is not pointed to the same server. Have them unsuspend the account (even if it does not show suspended) because this is what happens some times when you do a full back up from root when the account is suspended and then restore it it stays suspended. It may not show in the server that it is suspended but it still is. So just have them unsuspend the account and you should be fine,

are these the name servers you are suppose to have
    ns1.getnowdomain.name.
    ns2.getnowdomain.name.

I suggest using a different hosting provider! Technical support should be a priority for web hosts! I use gatorhost.com but have also used 3ix.org with great success & 3ix happens to be $1 a month + they claim %99.9 up time and give you tons of web space!

I just accessed the link www.animecatcher.com/index.php and found that its not loading, either the file is empty or somethingz preventing the file from printing out errors if any.
Put a phpinfo inside the home directory and then try accessing it.
If it comes out ok, then replace the index.php with a valid php file.
