GNOXHOST.COM: beware of fraud with this hosting company

Once I have paid for their sevice, I had no time to even get my site up that they have suspended my account. It took 3 days. I have ask for refund but no answer in that way.
I have paid $80 for 1 year of hosting and I get nothing.
I will not be surprise if I wasn't the only one.
Beware of Robert SANEK or rsanek.

I'm sure all hosting companies are not like that but if I can avoid somebody else to be screwed, it's a good thing...

 

What a pitty, it's people like this who bring down the industry.

thats just horrible, i'd be pissed too - and as a web host owner i know to keep my customers happy, because piss one person off and they go out defaming them lol, its their loss

First I would like to say I know the other side of this story. Your account kpr0xy.fuckme.cc is a proxy site I seen it. If you read his terms of service you will see that no proxys are allowed

So as you can see the op as violated his terms of service. Gnoxhost is not a scam please get your facts correct and read the terms of service before bashing a good name.

ah...we have that at juna web as well - i would recommend that everyone read TOS for anything whether its web hosting or domain registration...

looks like miss understanding, tons complaint like this i found at many forums, their only complaint but not know why they get suspended or termination.

better read tos first before order, after order mean is people agree with TOS, right??

wow...how sad...i think i saw cody starting up a thread asking for web hosting but must be able to offer proxy hosting...idk not sure...lol good luck. i wouldn't understand why you wouldn't really give him his money back. It's been only three days...

 

maybe it's written in TOS that they dont offer refunds for violation of TOS? Ive seen a lot of hosting companies with that clause .. sad but true

 

This is usually because every host provides services in good faith that their customers do not abuse their services. Proxies, HYIP sites and others use more resources and the host must be making up the loss in a way or other which is why the clause that refunds will not be given in case of violation of ToS.

As a customer, it would pain to see account suspended after paying up for the entire year but it would have not been the same if you had not violated the ToS.

This hosting is not used for proxy. I wanted to use it to host an adult/porn site. You said yes. I had not even the time to set up the script that the account has been suspended. Within 3 days. I ask for fix up: you disagree. I ask for refund - and I can get refund within 15 days as per ToS -: you disagree.
Just a refund and we stay friends but no, no help, no cooperation, no nothing. It would have been easy but before this post, I had no answer on my ticket. I had to post here to get you answer me...

You are the only one to have seen it. No subdomain have been created. Not even any site has been created. I had a little problem with the DB and no site has been ever up there. Once my adult script uploaded, I got it suspended. It's not a proxy the problem. The problem is the adult site. And I had no time to even put it running. If it's not OK, just tell me and refund. That's it. No big deal...
Well, if you, IwhiC, has something to do with this because I never get in touch with you in anyway regarding this hosting...

Cody you may want your host to fix your dns in his whm http://www.intodns.com/fuckme.cc You have to have in the server what is registered at your domain registrar.

and also you may want to let him know to fix his as well

You are using ns1.gnoxhost.com and ns2.gnoxhost.com but he is using ns1.iwhic.com and ns2.iwhic.com so once again I would like clarify any down time that you have received is not due to us it is a dns issue on your hosts part, if he is using our name servers and does not have his registered at his domain registrar but having you use them you will have very bad up time.

its happen with me,

I had buy the server, then I didn't like the cp . I issued a support ticket, they didn't reply for few day then they said use different style, I cancel my account and ask for refund, but they didn't give me.

now today they had again charged me today for monthly charge, I am not even able to logging the control panel. as my account is deleted. and they are charging me.


can anybody help me what I can do for this.

 

If you need help on this, don't ask gnoxhost...they're not going to help...
