    Google is as Google does!

    If you are referring to ToolBar pagerank, Google has never been very predictable, however it's about every Quarter, and they just did one.

    It's depend on googly but in average 2-3 month Google update pr.
    its increase or decrease the pr of website depends on different criteria.

    Page Rank update purely depends on Google, no one cant expect the page updates..

    Quality back links create quality traffic to your website and it's helps a lot for the page rank...so build links to your site.
