$30 forum header contest (ends Monday, 12 PM GMT)

    Hey!

    I want to change the default template header for my aloe vera forum.

    URL: http://www.aloe-vera-forum.com
    Header: http://www.aloe-vera-forum.com/site_logo.png (800 x 175)

    Ideas:

    • nature, herbal
    • a large aloe vera plant or parts of the plant
    • it should go together with the overall colour theme

    Any ideas, variations are welcome.

    Contest ends: Monday, 12 PM GMT
    Payment: PayPal or ePassporte

    im not sure about this , but i think you made a mistake in your dimensions... 760x155 does nt seem to fit in your forum header space; i figured this out trying to show you the preview of your site with my header on

    Yes, you're right. My mistake, sorry. It's 800 x 175. I edited my first post.

    Your header looks nice but what about keeping the background colour of the current header and trying more "rounded" fonts.

    here is the updated version..i ve changed the dimensions and the background... also, i ve included the previous one with white background so you can compare the two ... i have nt changed the font , could you please show me a font or example you like so that i can get a better understanding of your liking ?

    I'm the one who submitted via PM.. If I win the contest, I'll post (I've always posted) the entry publicly.. There is nothing wrong with that.. If I posted the entry here before and the CH says he liked it, I'm sure there would have been lots of 'similar' entries here by now.. :)

    That's a nice one, yugo. But it looks too crowded. I would like it better if it wouldn't have the bottom and bottom shades and not so many fades.
