how do i know if my site is SEO????

how do I know if my site, www.cash4installs.com is SEO???? what benefits are their from having a regular site and a good seo site? i just made my site, and i never heard of seo before until now. please let me know... thanks.

im not promoting my thread im asking for info, and i have godaddy as host so i think their good at what they do. Also are oyu saying its easy to hack???

but I would really think of switching hosting, because the site still doesn't load for me
it doesn't matter how optimized your pages are, if they don't load, the bots won't see them either.

get off godaddy asap - their hosting is notoriously bad - most serious marketers would recommend hostgator - if you site isn't loading then google won't be impressed! and SEO is basically just the art of pleasing Google I suggest you read the SEO section of the forum -there is some excellent info here

 

SEO or SEO'ed, i think he is trying to say, that how to know if his site is "search engine optimized".
As simple as that, if your site is recieving traffic from search engines, that means it is SEOed.
and to know that use google analytics or any other traffic analyzer like sitemeter, awstats, or extremetracking etc..

They'll tell you where the hell you traffic is coming from.
