As you say sales have slowed down so it is time to take slightly lower prices, keep selling and building your reputation. I read your blog and you were lucky to have a previous customer to sell to!

I believe if you offer good value, go the extra mile, you will always find a buyer at a resonable price. I think it is always a good idea to try and add value when you 'flip a wesite' because your reputation is on the line.

What you said is absolutely correct. I was very -- i mean very lucky because i have a previous buyer to sell to. Of course, not adding value to the websites are my mistakes (as I am having test on the similar day of the sale), but I did this to prove to others that you can still profit without doing what other gurus said.

And I proved that.

I have heard that flipping sites can become a steady income. I recently purchased bayrss2 as it puts up ebay auctions for your websites quickly and easily.

we have one website , which is enough for us , we have a few websites that we own which are not active yet which may well lead to more traffic eventually

 

So it is really just a matter of buying the sites and then selling them for more to someone else? Did you do any work on the sites or anything? I'm curious about this field!

 

my blog is pretty much specialized to answer your questions. LOL

ANyway, you can even build those sites yourself. For these 2 sites, I didn't do anything much except buying and selling it.

 

The money is in the follow up. Treat your list well. Thx for sharing and nice to see you made some $ regardless of how things currently are and will get.

LOL I had forgot that the economy is in bad condition. Infact my personal earnings have been double since this economy crisis started taking effect.

 

Your post is a bit misleading, you didnt really make $560.00 You forgot to subtract the amount of money you spent to buy the sites initially!

LOL. Yeah I know. But by subtracting everything (paypal fees etc.), the figures will look ugly.
