    If you search this through google then you can get so many sites offering free WP themes.

    Anyway check out wpfreethemes.com and topwpthemes.com also :)

    Google it out and you will get tons of them which are free, and actually very good quality one.
    try them, you might find some good one for free.

    DP has a lot of wp theme design offers. Search for the threads that have the links to the theme sites they submit their own themes to. I found tons of options that way. That's how I found this forum, actually.

    I have a list in my sig (sorry for the self promotion, but it is helping him out)

    Otherwise just Google it, or go to smashingmagazine's list of 60 best wp designs

    You will find a lot of high quality and free WordPress themes in the Freebies section. In the Advanced Search, choose Freebies section and type Free WordPress theme. You will get a lot of results. :)
