Keyword tracker tool down?

That is a good question. It would be nice to hear something like "we know about the problem and are looking into it."

 

Keyword tracker hasn't worked for some time. I've been getting this when I try to refresh:

I think no one cares about the people that gave money to support this tool. I'm ticked.

 

There making a FORTUNE here from Google Adsense ads plus they've taken all those donations. You'd think they would at least acknowledge the problem.

 

There is no THEY, it is just Shawn that runs the tracker. He hasn't been around hardly at all and the donations were for the server that the tracker is on.

Shawn hasn't even been supporting his own software for about a year or 2 now - and that was what he use to sell, so if he doesn't support software that makes money why would he support free tools????

We need a programmer to pull the code so we can run it from our own servers. I am betting Shawn was using it on his system so he could gain knowledge on good words to use on adsense sites, etc...

 

I don't really know anything about this. Is the whole Digital Point a one man(Shawn) operation or is it bigger and he just did the keyword tool and know one else cares about it?

 

My company donated $2K to this place, so we are feeling VERY cheated right now.

Digitalpoint is owned by Shawn - he has no employees and I don't even know if He has showed up to support the actual business of DP in anyway for over a year.

now you have 3 strikes.... I am tempted to give you a red rep for not getting it. Go to the DP main page - click on employees.

hence may be we forget tool and consider it a victim of our global crisis. it was good for many years.
may be time to move on without keyword tracker. life has more to offer than keywords and $.

 

The money I donated could have been used to pay for trips to the beach and multiple child support payments. Are you with me?

but instead of donating - i removed immediately my adsense from DP - that is an indirect donation by leaving all adsense $ with DP.

for the rest of my site-adsense $ - the substantial reason of my work and revenue is to do what you mentioned = charity (here in my guest country PH ).

I feel there are far better methods than using keyword trackers, the best webmasters do it without software because you need to be able to out-smart other peoples software. And trust me it can be done.

 

i have the impression that this service may be out for some time. It would be a shame since it is a very cool tool.

From what I have read it may be caused by a Google API issue and not related to the too itself.

I guess he is going through a bad time. That ebay issue and now his prolonged absence..

 

had an update today to my stats.... though it still shows as query running. First time in about a week.

 

Running for me right now. Slowly...

 

It hasn't worked for me since october 5th.

 

This has been broken for me too. My last successful update was on the 6th. Are there even any progress?
