Just out of curiosity, what kind of company are you starting that requires 1000s of employees right away?

I personally like Odesk. You can pay by the hour. I've used elance, but they sucked.

You need 1000s of people but arent sure where to look? Sorry, but already something doesn't sound right. Perhaps you shouldnt be getting into what you plan to get into if you don't know where to find workers.

    that was my thought too...

If you have enough money to cover the costs of hiring 1000s of people, you have enough money to hire someone (or even a few people) with HR experience who can help you with the hiring...

That is an insane amount of people to hire at one time and
I'm sure that you will miss on plenty of them, especially if
you're rushed. I guess, if push comes to shove, you can
    go to elance, guru etc.

Instead of hiring 1,000's of unskilled, cheap, part time employees wouldn't you be better off putting your money into some qualified full time ones?

    This was his first post.
If you PM him, you probably get some type of response which asks you to spend money.
Maybe I'm wrong, how much does the work pay? :p

This is a type of marketing scheme. He is waiting for lots of PM's from members saying they are interested in working for him and asking for more information. Then he will send them some official looking email saying if they want an application to first sign up at some site (a pay per sign up afilliate link) in order to get the application.
