Maximum Support makes Maximum Business ?

    Yes,coz the customer can directly ask you any doubt they have in real time.
    And you can even give discount for the customer

    It seems that maximum support generates more sales, but I read some stories where 24/7 online support didn't increase sales at all.

    I absolutely LOVE 24/7. I really hate it when my site goes down and I have to wait for 5 hours. Then lost a potential amount of ad revenue.
