    I have personally dealt with:
    USA - CIA
    UK - M16
    Israel - Mossad

    Overall I'd Say USA Intelligence is far superior to all the the others.

    I don't much about other intelligence agencies but I believe CIA is the best.They are shrewd and far more intelligent than others.

    I have heard the french have the best intelligence agency in the world, but a close second best would be the mossad followed closely by the cia and british intelligence.

    Well, CIA didn't prove to be good for 9/11 , did it?

    I do not believe that CIA is the best agency. I suppose Mossad is good, I am not sure. They really need a good agency. Yugoslavia used to have a great intelligence agency, they had the biggest spying center in the world.

    The Mossad recorded a phone call between Natzer and Hussein (Presidents of Egypt and Jordan at this time) in the middle of the six days war. If other intelligence in the world can do that, I will be very glad to hear that.

    Not only in superior spying, Mossad has better accomplishment... I know some CIA agents got caught.. LOL and after viewing the movie "The Good Shepherd", I don't like CIA... the ending was inhuman...

    Well I think intelligence agencies are all competent enough. But how are they being compared?

    Human intelligence, technical stuff, financial resources?

    And does anyone know the intelligence agency of China, a rising world power?

    Being born and bread in old blighty, I would love to say the UK. But I fear not! The CIA may have technical and budget advantages but that hampers other areas as it acts as a blinker.

    I think this is a never ending question (although this thread is probably now on all agency's flag system) But the best ones are probably the ones you hear least about.
