i found out that my moneybookers is locked when i tried to withdraw the funds to my indian bank account. I submitted all the required documents to the mail id ( ) 6 days back but still haven't got a reply yet. When will i get a reply? Anyone has good experience with Mb ?
call up the customer care for quicker resolution to your issue, incase you had transacted innocently with anyone who has committed any kind of fraud, even though you are not directly connected to that person, You will have hell lots of issues trying to convince them. Good Luck
0ne of my friend had the same problem and it took approx 20 days after he submitted some documents asked by moneybookers .. Call them or just mail them on their email support to know why they locked your account and then just wait for their reply ..
Call them. Don't expect it to be a cheap phone call, they certainly didn't go out of there way to make a toll free number. Was almost $0.30/minute calling from the USA
A friend of mine recieved some fraudulent money from someone, it took them over 30 days to resove the issue. Don't expect a quick reaction from them
LaZyBuMâ„¢, I don't know why your moneybookers account got locked. But it shouldn't have happened. I can understand you have submitted all the required documents but moneybooker's support team is too slow compared to paypal. Let's hope you get the money.
Money bookers locks accounts very rarely.But they have a tough documents verification process..Mostly takes 10-25 days...depends may take 2-5 days.So email them first with all details and then cal them.You will get the problem solved soon. Yes they have few problems with phone calss not much professional, but there is no other option. Hope you get the matter solved. Arif
Moneybookers know to be sloooow sometime My verification process takes me more than 4 weeks, but they finaly did.After every mail, respones from their support service was like they didn't read any word of my previous mail and so on.So just be patient
You just need to contact the support through their site feature and they will get back to you. they may ask additional information besides the documents but they will ultimately opened your account. It took me around one week.
i see that the paypal is the fastest team , and moneybookers is so slow when you send them to reply you.
Thing about moneybookers, great service but slack on supports. It's a shame i <3 moneybookers nevertheless. Much preferred then paypal by far.

Well... I had faced similar case with Moneybookers. You need to go to their website, and make an online complain.... they will give you a ticket-id. Now, goto the Cutomer Service section again, and click on "You have requested documents from me", then put the support-id, which you got in last request, and upload files... they will solve in just 2-3 days after that.
