Seo documents to share?

Hello and thanks in advance.

I need to do some work for a client and I wonder if there is a good soul out there that is willing to share some documents/templates.

I need to do some work on:

• keyword analysis
• site suggestion to improve positioning
• linking strategy

I am looking for some sort of template to look somewhat professional

Site suggestion & linking strategy:
Depending on your niche. You have to find on google and see where your audience are. But its always good to have high ranking sites linking back to your site. Submit articles to ezinearticles.com, and take part in forums that is related to your niche. Social sites / twitter is also a good place to get more back links and to get more visitors to your site. Always think viral and once it is really viral enought, im sure its smooth sailing all the way.

I would recommend using google keyword tools and google insights for keyword analysis.

 

1. Use google keywords tool to find your high rate and low rate key phrases (find two and three word phrases);
2. Filter your phrases using google search;
3. Filter your phrases using google trends;
4. Compose your site description using this phrases;
5. Seek for backlinks .

I know how to conduct the research but I was looking for some help on "how" to present the information to the client.
