i never said bush is devil. and i never mentioned chaney lol. Bush planed and implemented what caused the collapse of the mortgage industry. please watch the video again.
i am not saying that nobody else did anything that contributed to the mortgage crisis.
just that bush is the main guilty party. without the changes that he made and proposed in this video this mess would have never been in this size or so destructive to our economy.

Perhaps you should listen more closely to what he said.

This comment is from one youtube member that actually listened.

    Amen Brother!!

why can't you just listen to bush.
he clearly outlines the plan that has caused this mess.
fannie and freddie are just a small part of the problem. This mess is much larger.
have you watched my video? yes or no please. all of it.

He is trying to make some people qualified that were not at the time. He decides that the best way to make more people qualify is based on removal of down payment as a requirement for these mortgages.
these no down payment loans are a large portion of bad loans.
please watch the rest of the video as he suggests moving other barriers. It is not only the down payment

I was qualified in 98 ( I think) with 3% down and it got us in our first house (had bought a new manufactured in a park in 94) Payments were around $550 mo and we did fine. Bought low - sold high, made improvements on the house (sweat equity) and I have no regrets on that house and the loan we had.

bush was not president in 98. problem started when bush changed the way things worked. Watch the video completely if you want to discuss this issue.

It is the economy that is killing McCain. I'm a McCain supporter, but I don't think Obama would be horrible from an economic standpoint. Since this has become the main focus and McCain hasn't done a very good job of seperating himself from Bush as well as being clear on his economic plan, he is losing. He's going to have to do better than what he currently is doing if he wants to win this election, right now, I am almost to the point of conceding McCain's victory to Obama, despite the fact that I would rather see McCain/Palin get in.

The incumbent party will always get blamed for this stuff, whether it's right or wrong. I wonder if McCain is wishing he'd picked Romney.

Well if he's not, I am.

Romney would have been a much better choice.

Hell, I'd rather have Romney than McCain! :p

the problem is the christians and neocons. they have destroyed the republican party. They force the GOP candidate to act stupid.

I still think Palin was the good choice here. She did, and still will, encourage the christians to get out and vote. Before now, they had no one to vote for and McCain had to make a move in that area. I think that so many Christians are weighing out the priorities right now though. The economy is in such shambles some of the social issues are having to be pushed aside to think about other things at this point in time.

I agree, Palin is in my opinion a great candidate. She has done a lot for Alaska, she is very intelligent. She is sincere. She is very capable of doing the job.

Politically, she's a great choice, like you said, it gives Christians a vote, as well as soccer/hockey moms, and women in general. Not to mention the men that will give her the "hot" vote.

    I still support this decision.

Please don't prove yourself dumb today. My point was on topic, if you are just trying to politicize it, then you get confused.

    Qualified buyer
    Very low down payment
    All paid on time
    No issues

Again. qualified buyer - good credit history - pays bills....
