i had a blog which i made long ago.i checked its price from here http://www.business-opportunities.biz/projects/how-much-is-your-blog-worth/ it showed its : $564.54 is it for real can i sell it for this price ?
I dont think this kind of price estimations can work... This may show a similiar estimation but the price can be sometimes really high if you have a good domain...
My personal blog has 60-70 unique visitors per day, pr4 and this site says it worths 20 000 $ I can sell without thinking
If it's the blog on your signature, I would be very surprised if you could find a buyer at that price.
It only matters what potential buyers think it's value is. Also the site says that one of my mostly empty blogs is worth zero bucks, when I could surely get something for the decent domain name.
yes........... we can't trust on these things... only owners know how really his site is worth..........
Lol, according to this site my music making blog is worth $564.54 too. I think this only takes into account somethings like page rank, alexa rank or something. Work out how much your blog is worth yourself by how much money it can make in a year as this is a much more realistic valuation. It looks like this site has created this to get some backlinks from people who post the value on their blogs. If the value is highly inflated I think more people would place it on their blogs
According to this tool my blog's worth $40k - I'm selling now, what a bargain for the buyer (pity its only worth about $400
Estimation tools are very rarely right, they usually say the website is worth far more than it actually is because it doesn't take in enough factors to make a really good estimation. It's the same for domains. If you want to know how much your site is worth then you should ask someone: the human judgement is better than that of computer's
A blog is worth what someone will give you. In the present financial situation I would think all these alleged valuations are totally over the top.
Basically I don't know how they come up with those figures. The actual worth of your blog is by having someone who has knowledge or interest in buying it tell you how much he/she is willing to pay for it.
According to the website itself, it "computes and displays your blog's worth using the same link to dollar ratio as the AOL-Weblogs Inc deal." This is a bit like valuing a farmer's cottage in the wilderness using the same brick to dollar ratio as Trump Tower in New York -- it's a fundamentally meaningless statistic.
No Coz it not accurate. I have a site that it shown at $100k But i wanna sell it for $1k also nobody want
