    u have to keep in mind ovh doesnt charge setup fee.
    and around filesharingtalk.com i have seen people resell ovh for $59 with no setup fee

    don't forget that when buying from ovh resellers. Bandwidth is capped at 101mbps PER USER/ACCOUNT before NoSLA kicks in and you get crappy speeds.
