Um... is really up to you. I wouldn't want to wait 9 months, because they will automatically renew your domain and send you a email about paying the fine and etc. I canceled their domains ASAP and got the email next day saying that the cancellation was successful. PS: I ordered 7 .biz domains at once, just imagine the payment from my paypal.
ok i cancelled it now, i really dont want the domain no more, so do i have to go to cancel.1and1.com? because i heard they fax u for that..
Nope. They didn't fax me, because I left my fax # blank. Just make sure that your email address on the account is valid and just cancel the domains immediately from cancel.1.and1.com. I really thought this was the easiest way to cancel my domains. I did send the support team a email regarding my cancellation, just to make sure it was 100% canceled. I also tried calling their billing team twice, but their staff is full with idiots.
