    Hello there,

    I am selling 2 blogs which are having traffic, revenue as well as pr.
    Well I have 2 blogs on same domain, blogs are http://blog.adspotlive.com and http://adspotlive.com.

    Content - Unique content, 100 posts. 100+ comments

    Age - 10+ months

    Traffic - Traffic stats added, check on both alexa and adsense reports. Site's traffic is 70+% from search engines.

    Revenue - 20+ from adsense. Adsense stats added. $52 from NB in past 3 months. $120 from DP direct link sales in past 3 months. $8 from one site every month for banner placement. And few cents-Dollar from bidvertiser.

    Indexed - Entry made on blog gets indexed on google within 30mins - 2 hour. All older enteries properly indexed and on first page for many keytags. I have tough time to keep it updated as I am a bit busy with my job these days. If regularly updated it can get great visibility.

    Paid Link - Never did advertising for this and all links are by genuine link submission and rss submission by me only. I had however sold some space on blogs for adverts but now its validity is over.

    PR - Main domain's pr is 1. Subdomain's PR was 2 before this update. However after this update it is 0.

    Niche - Internet, hosting and blogging.

    Asking price: I have no fixed price in mind however, everyone knows maths (I believe:D). Let me know if interested or in case you need more info.
