    I don't see any google adsense ads on that website. All I see are ones from AdBrite, and AdBrite does allow warez and pornography websites.

    Not all!!! I can link you to a warez/porn site that is displaying Google Adsense on it from last year. Google has not banned it and the owner is getting monthly checks.

    are you advertising or wanting to get him banned?
    I don't see any google ads on the site, I see adbrite.
    If you want them taken down, you need to report them.. Posting it on a forum here is just giving them a free link ;)
