Usually Paypal limited your account, because you not verify your account using CC.

    Good luck to you, guy.
Paypal is both convenient and inconvenient.
I have read many complaints about it .

Paypal is the worst shit ever! they also stole $50 from me. http://paypalsucks.com some ppl there are trying to get a lawyer to sue their ass. (hopefully it will happen but I doubt it) and you know what? I am simply doomed, I cant do anything to save that money unless I move country. I would be so grateful to a hacker that will hack their system down.

Paypal has a poor customer support system. They dont fully cooperate with you if there are some problems with your account. Often close accounts..
I would be happy to see paypal bankrupt. Google checkout is a good alternative. And its becoming more popular. They are going to have a referral system soon after which Google checkout will dominate at all sites..

Paypal will issue you a check within 6months of your account being limited to the Full Name and address listed and I believe you have 7 days to cash the check if not it will be void.

Submit your docs, there has to be a Office Depot or a Office Store near your house, a Cyber Cafe, something....I can't believe that noone in your town uses faxes...

    Good luck.

I have been using PayPal for years now. They are reliable from what I have seen. I've only had problems with other people being fraudulent. In essence though, they have been pretty good and I've always been able to access my money when I wanted.

My experiences are just the opposite, Pay Pal had a great team willing to go out of the way to help you with your problems. They do not close accounts unless the accounts are created fraudulently, for eg using VCC to pretend to be from that country when they are in some countries not supported by Pay Pal. Pay Pal is doing very well despite the USA economic crisis. I do not expect any payment system to be able to catch up on it soon.

I've had more than $1,500 in my Paypal balance without any problems at all, you little crybaby. Maybe you want to disclose why you can't do something as simple as providing your SSN to Paypal or credit card verification as to proving who you are.

Even tough paypal is good i wouldn't suggested to leave more than 100 in your account...right now I disputing with paypal for 2500 was in my account..I had no idea how someone managed to withdraw that money from my account but it happened, but its my fault a little because I'm not careless, if i checked my account often it would never happened..since i check my account once every 2 weeks, as long i got email that's said i got money, i don't mind checking..Now paypal told why did i waited 8 days to report that..i explained them, but i know i might get the money but the point is right now the 2.5k being frozen can't used it.

But you had enough time to log on DP and start whining. How long it would take to go out and fax the documents? If you're so lazy busy, then good luck doing any kind of business. Lame excuses.

It's no so uncommon for PayPal users to be asked for some documents, I submitted mine too, and until today I've never been limited despite 4 figures payment transaction were made through my account in one go.

I found it so surprising when people say they have poor customer service, whenever I try to contact their support department it is either 'usually' replied in a day, or their representative call me up, depending on the matter.

I have never had a problem with PayPal. I guess I am just lucky that way. I have three PayPal accounts, all of them with various amounts and associated bank account information. I did have one of my accounts closed, but that was because I never associated any personal info with the account and never used it except for a single e-bay transaction.

I am sure paypal didn't steal your money. You probably lost it in a dispute/chargeback and yes paypal covers their arse and doesn't care about the buyer or seller.
