Keyword tracker tool down?

Surely there must be an employee of Digital Point that could resolve this simple issue.

 

Working for me this morning. Would like to know of other programs that can do this as well. Not just the one time entry, but a whole list of keywords.

 

I am glad that its not just me experiencing this issue. Its been down for a few days and I guess thats when you really feel the importance of this tool... Hope they solve it soon.

 

You could try the demo of Ranktracker and, if you like it, it's only $87. I've only ever used the demo version but it's always been on my list incase anything ever happened to DP's KWT.

 

My query had been in limbo since October 1st. Today I hit "Check All," even though I still had keywords pending, and it at least got half way through my list before freezing up again. Nice tool. I have been using it for years.

If you guys don't mind me prying, what is meant by:

"Shawn doesn't seem to be making himself available right now to anyone but his lawyers."

and

"Good luck and god bless you in your battle."

Is the future of Digital Point up in the air?

Was still broken for me too. Maybe it is a time of day load thing?

 

There are no employees at digitalpoint, in fact there really isn't a digitalpoint from what I can tell. Just an unused office, a sitting website and a ringing phone.

I may be wrong, but I don't think Shawn even comes in but randomly.

 

Why is Shawn huddling with his lawyers?

And I surely hope this tool gets up and working again. I've been using it for years.

I've used this tool for about 3 years since I had a Google API key. It's still giving me this error today.

Hes made like 3 posts in the past 5 months. I love the tool, but I wouldnt expect a "speedy" fix.

 

That all sounds a bit serious! I wouldn't be too suprised if we come to log in one day and find DP gone! LOL I bet all the domain buyers already have it logged in their systems to try to buy it!

 

try the code in PHP. for me its working well.

partially stopped working for me some 2-3 weeks ago. by then it ran only about half my keywords.

as of today NO keyword updated at all. backlinks all updated.

 

i wonder why no one in authority has commented on this. (
