    Hi,

I would like to warn fellow forumer in purchasing this domain www.048.net.

Someone hacked my email account and got my godaddy password.

I have reported it to godaddy hoping they can help me get this domain back.

You should 15 days or so after it's been transferred to get your domain back. Contact GoDaddy asap.

Godaddy are or should be oblidged to help in cases where there was an unauthorized transfer/push, regardless of when it's reported, if they don't then contacting ICANN would be your next step imo

This what "domainci" wrote to me:

These domains do not belong to me. I wrote here due to a request of one of my friends. You may research the domains. If you find anything not according to the regulations, please inform me. I will contact admin to erase this subject.
    Code (markup):
I am not trying to accuse anybody here. Please be your own judge.
When i posted this thread, after a few hours later "domainci" posted a thread to appraise the stolen domain, maybe he is trying to sell this domain. After someone pointed that it is a stolen domain, he email me the above message.

If he really did it, do you think he will return it to me?

Godaddy have already lock the domain from further transfer waiting their review into this matter.

Every time a domain changes hands with Godaddy, either from one account
to another or from one name to another, there is an automatic 60 day registrar lock.

I think you will more than likely will get your name back, as long as there is no evidence that you either
sold it or pushed it intentionally.
