    I thought of increasing my sending and withdrawl limit as I don't own a credit card.

    Hmm,but then,Here lies the rub...Whether paypal allows 2 personal accounts from the same address??
    I am not sure,You had better contact paypal.

    Where are you from? You can use debit card to verify your paypal if you are not from India..
    Also you can use vcc to Verify your PayPal

    I am from INDIA mate.That is the problem with me.I have debit card but I cannot verify the account with that.Where can I get a VCC?Is it safe to use?

    Get a virtual credit card, once I saw on internet... Google it you will find. Some people also offer verified Us bank accounts.
