As you know, now a days google making some changes in it's ranking algorithm. Recently Google removed directory listings and relevant sites links from its guidlines, so it cud be the reason. Might be you have more links from link partners and from web directories. And these days almost everyone facing this problem. So just continue with your work and hope that everything wud be fine with time.

After understanding your query i am sure ur site is not penalized. If you have any doubt then just go with this operator in google search:-

    site:www.xyz.com

If it shows ur site pages then no need to worry.....

I don't think here is any need to answer this one ......

Malina, for people to help you they really need to know the URL. Otherwise you will not get information that is specific to your problem.

Hi Malina. I am assuming that you have some kind of analytics installed on the website. So did you have a hard look at the data and tried figuring out what went wrong?

You could compare data from 2 months back to the present data to find out which traffic sources have dried up. Once you know where the problem lies you would be in a much better position to fix. Without knowing what went wrong and trying to correct it would be a 'shot in the dark'.
