He's denying everything saying that he was only washing his hands...but the VP caught them, so any denials he makes goes right out the door.

 

Boy could I remember those day's when I was 14 and making out as well in the girls bathroom. Got caught on our second time. Was suspended from school for 2 days, which was alright, but got my ass wooped by my old man and that was more painful than the suspension. After that we just made out in the park.

To follow up on this, no action was taken against my little brother. The school was moreso concerned with the displays of affection that him and his little hottie girlfriend do in front of everyone, so he got a long lecture on that. Very fair judgment.

 

You should whip his ass for failing to pull the VP in on some 3-some action.

that's crazy...maybe they would have to pay more attention on students so they will NOT do it again (have a proper sex ed perhaps) not punishing them. 2 days suspension and a week's detention is reasonable

If I had to wager a guess I doubt that he is getting into trouble for making out with his girlfriend, unless there was some sort of nudity or groping involved. I'd imagine that he is in a lot more trouble for being in the girls restroom, which is totally off limits for guys. And for that he can be expelled.
