Domain and website flipping..I am going to do it.

I am thinking to start this flipping business because I see alot of people doing it with success.

My idea on it is :

1. Buy a domain
2. Make a site
3. Get traffic & rank
4. Sell it


I was thinking of doing 5 - 10 sites at one go and do it all + sell them in 3 months time from now.

What do you think, will it work?

 

And I am going to start with webtopvideos.com
The content will be videos from top video sites such as youtube, metacafe and others.

what u r expecting that within 3 months how many visitors u will get per site, pr u r expecting and revenue . share with us so we can suggest something.

 

Sorry, I included the offer together, but my main post is about the business idea of flipping sites and need your views on it. Can it be done?

I am expecting 200 - 300 unique hits , PR2/3 and the revenue will be from adsense, CPAlead and other affiliate programs. Then I am planning to sell the site.

Good idea..but if your website content is 100% from Youtube,
isn't it against the Youtube rules? Correct me if i am wrong..

 

Oh I didn't know anything about that..thanks for informing me about it. The videos will be from other video sites too. I will mix it up and even will upload my own videos when possible.

It is achievable, but the promotion will take up a lot of your time to get through 10 sites - I find it hard to fully promote 2 sites

I been doing this for awhile now.
Can be quite profitable if you can get a bunch of domains cheap, build the site fast. It works a lot better if the domain has traffic and pr.

 

Well, there are lots of people earning money via site flipping. However, whether your site sells or not is depending on your site's google PR, revenue, traffic and etc.
