I think they treat Verified members less good as un-verified. As soon as a dispute is made, the verified member has to pay out straight away.
Paypal is not at all safe specially for sellers, there are chances that you will be charged back from your buyer and even if you are totally right at your part still paypal will not listen to you and will take money from your account and will return it to your buyer. Paypal is only easy to use but not at all safe.
paypal is safe but not as protective as a credit card or the banks, i use it all the time but dont keep large amounts of cash in my account
Paypal is not 100% safe. Relying on other company for business, we can't say it is totally safe. But we are dealing with a professional company and as long we follow their TOS and policy, no reason to see why they want to harm us.
You know something Paypal is safe if you know how to use it and can avoid scammers. Everyone complains about how bad it is. But I really dont see any problems with it as long as you know how to use it and watch your transactions.
I have been using Paypal for years and I think it is safe. I had my account frozen once because of a fraud purchaser. PP did their investigation and everything was back to normal very soon. Once you follow the TOS you should have no problems. What I do recommend to all is not to keep large amounts of money on your account. I always withdraw my funds and leave just enough to pay my online bills.
PayPal is safe for buyers.. Buyers dont have to worry about having their accounts frozen, its that simple. Merchants however do.. This is the problem, however this is the problem with all merchant services, you are opening yourself to this kind of risk, e-gold used to be the same with no chargebacks, no frozen accounts and look how ridiculously it has ended up, almost all accounts are being frozen, stolen easily and used by every scammer out there. payPal is hard to cash out by a scammer and therefore RARELY used by them, its just too much hassle.. The problem is selling services via PP A scammer comes along uses a stolen credit card and bang your account is frozen. This is because it would be too easy for a merchant to come along and pay into his own email with a stolen credit card and cash out. There has to be these regulations.. Its that simple.
