no dear this time i am not doing any thing for myself as i daily think for this but i am not able to take out time for myself.
I walk religiously for an hour every morning right after I shave. Been doing it for a while now and I feel a lot better!
I go to the gym for an hour or so about twice a week, but sometimes i just swim rather than run on the treadmill - much more fun IMO, and i play football on Monday nights against a bunch guys who are much better than me, so i run a round loads trying to catch them and the ball! haha!
I haven't done any... mainly because of studying and school. But I just started this week walking for 30 minutes. So far, it is an improvement.
I am doing a bed exercise every day with my girl friend, and I don't know the benefits of it, can any one tell me?
