Around 10k duplicate meta tags and so on, now I fixed all - How can I reset it? I guess that Google should crawl the pages again to valid them and re-index as non-duplicate, how can I help Google to do so?
You mean re-submit sitemaps or just ping it? Well, it have over 400.000 pages, so resubmit wont really help because it will take ages, I need to know how can I resubmit just those 10.000 duplicate pages I fixed.
We had these as well and next time bots crawl they will see you fixed and it should self adjust in the webmasters panel. If you resubmit or ping you sitemap it may get the process started faster but being the bots show up atleast once a month for most sites its not essential as within a month you should see different results. laterz malcolm
Hallo, how serious is the issue of duplicated meta tag in general - the literature recomends that meta tags becomes less importance. What are your experiences - is that right or the literature I read wrong? In addition, I think that the problem of duplicate OnPage content, is much more problematic. thx for comments - e-perfomer
