Hey Akira, We are kind of flexible on where the gift card is from, but unfortunately we can't just send cash via paypal. It is pretty important that the English is good as the site is geared towards English speaking people. If you want to try out posting an article there is nothing to lose because you will get 75% of all the adsense impressions of your content whether or not you win! Make sure to run your article through Microsoft word before hand as it has a spelling and grammar checker.
