i want to begin photo gallery site.

hi friends.
i want begin a photo gallery site for an film industry in india..( i have a lot of collection )
i want to display Google ads also..
so considering it..will u suggest me doing the site in basic html or use any gallery script like coopermine..etc (php)
also if its gallery script which one u suggest..

 

I would suggest using a free gallery script. It will be faster and most of the scripts come adsense ready... If I was to do it, I would get a free php script.

 

Depend on how many pictures you have, if you have a lot better use script, there are a lot Open Source scripts that can fit exactly your need like "Flash Gallery" and "AZ Photo Gallery Script"

u can use 4images script. it looks fine to me

 

i think u should try 4image or gallery. they are class
search on Google.

 

make sure you are not violating any copyright laws. most of the images are copyrighted.

 

Hmm, copermine is the most widely used image gallery script. but i personally don't like it.
You must try somthin like you can make a gallery as well as a blog to explain individual images.
That can be done through word press platform as well.

I may suggest you an E-Card script. So yoo can show your Photo Gallery and you can also have a visitors because of the e-card. Good Lucks

 

you can convert any of your favorite wordpress theme to an image gallery site. I did the same few weeks back. you might need to pay for redesigning the theme & coding the same.

 

have a look at gallery2 - open source and free. its easy to setup, offers jpg or movie, all pics can be sent ecard, and many more features. above all its heavily secured and highly active in developing new features and plugins. gallery2 uses MySQL and PHP.
I run gallery2 since 2+ years for "Philippine photos". There are many different ways - standalone or fully integrated in a variety of CMS.

 

I suggest "Gallery 2" . The reputable and most powerful picture/photo gallery I have ever seen.

Gallery1 & 2 are ok but if you want to insert google ads then go for coppermine

 

ARe you still looking for a theme which can you make photo gallery site. welll i tell you before that you can't find any good theme instead wordpress theme anymore. there are many paid themes. just grab any from them.

 

Coppermine is the best.
