Starting a Video Game Blog

I am starting a video game blog, geared at a certain system.

I have been writing a few articles, but I am not really sure what to do next in terms of monetization? I have submitted my articles to sites like Digg and Reddit, I added some Adsense ads between my posts.

How many articles should I write each day? I was thinking of doing like 3-4 per day, would that be too much?

 

3-4 a day is not too much, but are you going to be able to do that everyday? Why don't you just post one a day, and save the other 2-3 you may be writing for a day you don't feel like writing :-P

For a new blog, 2-3 posts a day is great. Then once you get 20 posts, you can start writing 1/day.

 

What do you mean? I am not expecting to make really any money for the first 6 months, hopefully I can turn this into a $10/day blog in a year?

 

At least 2/day will do for new blog.
If you have free time why not write more?
