    Hi everyone,

    I'm selling www.uslegaldirectory.net. Excellent niche for both adsense or other forms of monetization.

    You will have 2 sources of income: 1) adsense or banners. 2) selling links

    Basically, its a American lawyer database site - will be a fantastic addition if you have legal-related sites. Either use it to link to your sites or sell the link pages for profit.

    There are 8 site-wide link spots that can be deployed via a simple PHP function. I can teach you how to do it if you don't know how. Its very easy. There are also an ad spot in adsense/affiliate programs etc.

    The site is still very new so there will be few visitors (around 30 - 50 uniques a month at the moment). But I've done a bunch of social bookmarking and directory submissions, so you can expect this number to grow in time.

    How are pages added to the site.Is there a admin panel or something that will make it easier.

    I didn't count everything, but there's upwards of 3000 pages.

    There are 2 simple php files that allows you to configure sitewide banners and links.

    I'll teach you how to use them.
