    From where I can get such a thing?

    I have classic HTML web site. 100% home made. Real information.
    I don't want to loose PR so I need to NOFOLLOW all external links.

    plugins nofollow and dofollow

    manually open html with notepad, replace "> with " rel="nofollow">
    simple :D
