Does the CPC bids have anything to do with the content network under the ad group level?

I thought that was determined through the content network bid on campaign level?

Search bids have nothing do with content bids...unless you're running search and content in the same campaign and are not specifying content bids.

K that's what I thought. I'm just making sure becuase I have a content campaign I launched and I can't seem to find out what's wrong with it. I have a friend that is running the same offer, but is getting 5 * much traffic. His campaign has been running for around 3-4 months though through content.

my content has only been running for around ~4 days, so I'm thinking that's why it's not getting hardly any clicks.

That's not unusual, content (in my experience) can take some time to ramp up.

So your saying from your experience that the content network traffic takes awhile to start coming in, such as acquiring more clicks and etc?

We also have the same keywords and everything. Well different Ads of course, but they're are similar, but nothing google would trip off. Only thing I could think of is that my content network hasn't been active that long therefore not getting any clicks hardly.

Yes, it's not unusual (again, at least in my experience) for impressions/clicks to ramp up over 30 days. Seasonality and a number of other things can come into play as well.
